OPT IN & OPT OUT

This step-by-step guide will help you log into your gingr client portal, manage your account settings, and ensure you are receiving SMS text messages, emails, and newsletters about your pup’s daycare visits and appointments.

STEP 1 and 2

Log into your account by visiting the website of the location where your pup attends daycare and click “book your dog’s stay.” *If you’ve never logged into your account before select “reset password*. Enter your email and password to access the parent portal.

STEP 3

To access your account, click "Account." On a computer, it's on the left; on a mobile device, it's at the bottom.

STEP 4

Click on Communication Preferences.

STEP 5

Once you enter the Communication Preferences section, you can select which communication methods you would like to opt in or out of. You have the option to choose SMS messages, email, or keep both enabled.

INDOOR PLAY AREAS

Don’t let the gloomy weather fool you! The fun doesn’t stop here! When it’s cold, rainy, or just too “ruff” outside, our furry friends still get plenty of wiggles out in our cozy indoor play areas!

Your pups can romp, chase, and socialize safely while staying warm and dry. Whether it’s drizzle, downpour, or just too chilly for comfort, we’ve got a tail-waggin’ good time waiting inside!

HOLIDAY GLOW-UP

Spots are limited, so fetch your appointment before we’re all booked up!

The holidays are just around the corner, and our grooming slots are filling up faster than a golden retriever chasing a tennis ball!

Make sure your furry friend is looking (and smelling) their best for all those holiday snuggles and family photos.

And don’t forget, if your pup is boarding with us, book their “exit bath” or grooming so they go home fresh, fluffy, and fabulous!

THANKSGIVING BOARDING REMINDERS

It’s almost turkey time, and we can’t wait to celebrate the holiday with your pups! Here are a few helpful reminders to make check-in smooth and stress-free for everyone (especially your furry friends!):

Meals: Please pre-bag your pup’s meals, one bag per meal, labeled with their name. This helps our staff stay organized and on time with meal time during this buzy boarding time!

Medications & Supplements: Bring these in their original containers or packaging so we can give them exactly as directed.

Bedding & Blankets: No need to pack any! We’ve got plenty of cozy bedding and blankets here to make your pup feel right at home.

Thanksgiving Day Hours:  We’ll be open ONLY for boarding drop-offs from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

(No daycare or grooming services on Thanksgiving Day, our staff will be giving extra belly rubs to our boarding pups!)
